This program is open to lacrosse players in 5th grade and above.

Great lacrosse players are made in the off season working on the basics and becoming a complete player.  Join the Lax Academy and bring your game to a level you never thought possible.

This program is custom designed to your level of play and is open from beginners to high school players.  Based on your level of play the Leading Edge Staff will create a set of drills for you to work on each session.  We track your progress and you WILL improve! 

• The first day for each program will be an evaluation day. 
• Players will then be grouped by grade and ability. 
• The stronger the group the more challenging drills they will receive.
• Your progress will be tracked on a weekly basis and as milestones are reached the drills will change as will the intensity with which you work each drill. 
• Players get better by working on the core skill set that their position demands. 
• A 60 minute session will allow you to have over 200 touches (average player) of a lacrosse ball. 
  • Q - How many winter league games would it take you to get that many touches?
    • A - About 10 GAMES for one of the top players on a team -- Think about that!
• Offensive players will work on -
  • Shooting, Footwork, Dodging, Stick Skills
• Defensive players will work on -
  • Footwork , Stick positioning, Stick Skills , Body positioning
• Goalies will work on
  • Arcs , Footwork, Stickwork, Communication
