2008 Leading Edge Mini Camp - The Mini Camp will take place at Pine Grove Day Camp in Brick, NJ on June 7 and 8. We realize there is some overlap with your spring season on this weekend. Practices: UPDATED 6/3/08
Practices will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Rutgers (see the link for directions). The 5th and 6th grade teams will practice on the University Park Field and the 7th and 8th grade teams will practice on the Scarlet Knight Sport Club Field. Practice will begin at 6:00pm and conclude at 7:30 pm each night.

Skill Sessions - June 10 - 12 - 17 - 19 July - 11 - 7:35 - 8:20 - Participation in the first session will secure your spot for each of the remaining 4 sessions. The skill sessions will introduce drills that players will be expected to work on, on their own. The success of the skill sessions depends on the amount of work each player puts in on their own time! Skills areas are - Shooting, Defense, Face Off, Goalie Play. You can only select one and you must attend that skill session each time. You cannot move from skill to skill each week.
Practices will take place at the Rutgers University Recreation Complex located on Busch Campus in Piscataway. For directions to the facility please click on the Rutgers Practice Directions link to the left.
All practices for the 5th - 8th grade teams will take place from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Please be dressed and ready to practice promptly at 6:00pm. Practice dates can be located by clicking the CALENDAR link. Please note the Rutgers rules and regulations regarding the use of the fields below:
- Do not drop off your child unless there is a Leading Edge coach or staff member present.
- Do not go on to the practice fields until the Leading Edge coach instructs you to do so.
- On the University Park fields please keep the track area free of bags/equipment/spectators. There is plenty of room on the sideline opposite the Werblin Recreation Center.
- Park only in the designated parking lots next to each field.
- If the lightning detection system is activated players at University Park should take shelter in their cars. Players on the Sport Club field should take shelter under the gazebo or in their cars. The Leading Coaches will let you know when it is safe to return to the fields.
- Please pick up water bottles/trash at the end of your practice.

Below is the list of tournaments as well as the link to each tournament website. Please utilize each tournaments website to get details about hotels, directions and other general information about each tournament. Most tournaments will publish the initial tournament schedule approximately 2 days prior to the start of the tournament. Some are better than others and Leading Edge has no control over the dispersal of game information, nor do we have any control over what time our games are played.
Most tournaments require a waiver signed by each player and their parents. Please read the notes for each tournament below.
