Refunds are available up to 2 weeks prior to the start of a program (exluding Elite Teams, Programs in conjunction with professional players and or teams where there are NO refunds).  The refund will be minus a $25 refund fee regardless of the cost of the program.  Refund requests less than 2 weeks to the start of a program or after a program has started will NOT be considered.
